Our service engineers visit your factory at regular intervals to verify that your equipment is operating at it’s optimal performance level in its natural operating environment. The information generated is shared with your operator(s) to help identify productivity improvements. Each visit includes:

• Analyzing the waveform and beam path of your Beta LaserMike scanners
• Performing all necessary cleaning and alignment
• Completing a model specific diagnostic checklist to verify all features/functions are operating properly
• Calibrating and testing each scanner to ensure correct linearity, repeatability and positioning performance
• Awarding a calibration Certificate of Compliance (CofC) to each scanner
